Bushwick Brand uses third-party payment processing tools and does not in any way come into contact with payment information – such as credit card information – that you provide. Any costs for managing unacceptable User payments will be charged to the User.

1 Products offered for sale by Bushwick Brand are solely those present on the bushwickbrand.com website at the time the Order is placed, as described in the relevant information sheets.

2 In any case, it is understood that the images accompanying the description of a product are for informational purposes only and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ, for example. by color and size (also based on the browser and monitor used to access the Site and view the images).

3 To place an Order, the Customer must complete the relevant form on the Site in its entirety and send it after having carefully read the Conditions, as well as the characteristics of the product and/or products he intends to purchase. The Customer must also request Bushwick Brand , if desired, to issue a tax invoice relating to the purchase, pursuant to art. 22 Presidential Decree no. 633/1972.

4 Correct receipt of the Order is confirmed by Bushwick Brand by means of a response via e-mail, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. 

This confirmation message will summarize the purchase conditions, as required by applicable law, as well as the data entered in the Order by the Customer, so that the Customer can verify the same and possibly communicate the necessary corrections of incorrect data without delay.

CREDIT CARD

At the time of purchase, customers enter their credit card details into a secure electronic banking system, provided by Shopify Payments .

It is possible to make purchases via ( Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, Postepay, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact, iDeal ), and others specified based on the country of origin and the services offered by the supplier for the country of origin

All orders will be processed within 2/5 working days of payment, so that the service provided by Shopify Payments can proceed to verify the payment and ownership of the card in order to avoid unauthorized, fraudulent or purchases that do not respond to the anti-fraud systems of the Stripe circuit.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

All transactions are processed via secure server directly on suppliers' servers, ensuring Bushwick Brand customers maximum data protection. Bushwick Brand Customer Service operators they are in no way authorized to request or accept credit card numbers and/or validity details of the same.

In order to guarantee greater protection on purchases made in e-commerce, Bushwick Brand recommends its customers to join the services Verified By Visa or Mastercard Securecode , requiring a PIN security code with which you can make your purchases in complete safety.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES

If existing funds are sufficient for the purchase and the bank details provided are valid, the transaction will be processed instantly. The credit card used will be charged at the time of purchase even if you pre-order although such items will ship later in the season.

Remember: only use credit cards that you have legitimate access to, you are solely responsible for the data entered.

It may happen that a credit card payment is rejected. It usually happens for the following reasons:

• the credit card has expired: contact your bank;
• the card's credit limit has been reached: check with your bank;
• you entered some data incorrectly: check that you have provided us with all the correct information.
  
  

PAYPAL EXPRESS CHECKOUT

By choosing the Paypal payment method, the customer can pay directly through your Paypal account.

PayPal is an electronic wallet that allows you to pay and receive money via the internet. To use this form of payment, you must have a PayPal account linked to your current account, a credit card or a prepaid card: if you don't have it, you can easily open it by registering on the official Paypal website.

ATTENTION: Philosophy Store reserves the right to ship the goods only to the address indicated on the account verified by Paypal.

SCALAPAY

Afterpay is an innovative payment method that allows you to purchase your products and pay in 3 convenient equal installments expiring every 4 weeks.

If you purchase with Afterpay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV Srl, related parties and their transferees, and that you authorize such transfer.

The service is available up to a maximum amount of 600 euros and has no additional costs if the installments are paid by the due date.

At the time of purchase you will be immediately charged the first installment (equal to one third of the total value of the purchase). The next 2 installments will be charged every 4 weeks.

First installment : at the time of purchase

Second installment : 4 weeks from the day of purchase

Third and final installment : 8 weeks from the day of purchase

NEW CUSTOMERS

We would like to remind our new customers that bushwickbrand .com can ask their bank or Paypal to verify the transaction, including by contacting the counterparty bank. This verification could cause some delay in shipping the order. Bushwick Brand reserves the right to ship the order only to the billing address.

RETENTION OF TITLE

Until full payment of the price of the products ordered, the products remain the property of the Owner or of the respective Owners and/or suppliers of the same.

EXECUTION OF THE ORDER

The Order is executed within the terms specified on the summary page and in the Order Confirmation email, subject to the availability of the product ordered. Bushwick Brand cannot be held responsible for damages suffered by the User due to delays in delivery that are not dependent on circumstances foreseeable by the parties at the time of sending the Order Confirmation.
